Events may include advance ticket sales, general admission, walk-in availability, and featured hosted experiences. Pricing varies by venue, entertainment, and event offerings.

Designed for dancers, couples, instructors, organizers, and guests, Flortyme offers a flexible environment for social dancing, ballroom events, themed evenings, private functions, rehearsals, workshops, and community-based gatherings.

SOCIAL NIGHT POLICIES & PARTICIPATION TERMS
SERVICE OVERVIEW
Social Night is a ticketed social event open to both members and the general public. Tickets and event registrations are managed through the organization's approved online registration and payment platform.
ACCEPTANCE & PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT
By completing registration, purchasing a ticket for, or attending a Social Night event, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with these policies, conditions of participation, and any event-specific requirements communicated by the organization.
PRICING
Public Admission: Standard ticket price.
• Affiliate Members: Standard ticket price.
• Paid Members: Receive a 10% discount on the standard ticket price.
Affiliate Membership is free and available to individuals wishing to participate in the organization's programs, services, and events. Additional membership options and benefits may be available in accordance with the organization's membership policies.
REGISTRATION & PAYMENT
• Registration is required for attendance and participation.
• Individuals who are not currently registered as Affiliate Members may complete a free Affiliate Membership registration during the ticket purchase process.
• Registration may close once event capacity has been reached.
• All ticket purchases and registrations must be completed through the designated registration platform.
• Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise approved by event organizers.
• Participants must provide accurate and complete registration information.
CODE OF CONDUCT
• Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully, responsibly, and courteously toward attendees, members, volunteers, staff, venue personnel, and members of the public.
• Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, threatening behaviour, disorderly conduct, excessive intoxication, or any activity that compromises the safety, comfort, reputation, or objectives of the event is prohibited.
• Participants must comply with venue rules, safety requirements, and lawful directions provided by organizers, volunteers, staff, or venue personnel.
• The organization reserves the right to refuse admission, deny participation, or remove any individual whose conduct is deemed disruptive, inappropriate, unsafe, or inconsistent with the organization's mission, values, policies, or event objectives.
PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY
• Photographs, video recordings, livestreams, and other media may be captured during Social Night events for promotional, educational, archival, reporting, and community engagement purposes.
• By attending the event, participants acknowledge that they may appear in photographs, videos, livestreams, recordings, or other media, including incidental appearance in group, crowd, or background images.
• Media captured during events may be used in websites, social media, newsletters, reports, presentations, marketing materials, and other organizational communications without further notice or compensation.
• While reasonable efforts may be made to address specific concerns, the organization cannot guarantee that attendees will not appear in event media.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
• Refund requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the event unless otherwise stated.
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
• If an event is cancelled by the organization, registered participants will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event.
EVENT CHANGES
• Event dates, times, locations, activities, speakers, entertainment, or schedules may be modified if necessary.
• Registered participants will be notified of significant changes as soon as reasonably practicable.
LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
• Attendance and participation are voluntary.
• Participants acknowledge and accept the ordinary risks associated with attending public social gatherings, community events, transportation to and from events, venue activities, and interactions with other participants.
• Participants are responsible for their own conduct, personal well-being, transportation arrangements, and personal property before, during, and after the event.
• Participants are expected to exercise reasonable care for their own safety and the safety of others.
• The organization, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, venue partners, sponsors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, damage to personal property, personal injury, illness, accident, delay, inconvenience, or other incident arising from or related to participation in the event, except where liability cannot be excluded by applicable law.
• Participants remain responsible for any damage they cause to venue property, equipment, organizational assets, or the property of others.
ORGANIZATIONAL RIGHTS
• Participation in Social Night events does not create any employment, agency, partnership, membership, fiduciary, or contractual relationship beyond the specific event registration.
• The organization reserves the right to modify event details, admission requirements, schedules, activities, policies, or procedures as necessary to support operational, safety, legal, or organizational requirements.
• The organization reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or revoke participation privileges for individuals whose actions are inconsistent with organizational policies, community standards, legal requirements, or the organization's mission and objectives.
• Participants may not represent themselves as speaking or acting on behalf of the organization without express authorization.
EMERGENCY SITUATIONS
• In the event of a medical, safety, or security emergency, organizers may contact emergency services or take reasonable actions necessary to protect participants, volunteers, staff, and the public.
• Participants are encouraged to provide emergency contact information during registration.
AGE REQUIREMENT
• Participants must be 18 years of age or older unless otherwise specified for a particular event.
