MEMBERSHIP POLICY

This Membership Policy is governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the Flortyme Foundational Operating Principles.
PURPOSE
Flortyme memberships are designed to encourage participation, support community engagement, provide access to programs and services, and establish a fair framework for reservations, benefits, and member opportunities.
Membership does not confer ownership, governance authority, employment status, partnership rights, or preferential treatment beyond the benefits expressly associated with a membership classification.
MEMBERSHIP CLASSIFICATIONS
Flortyme may establish one or more membership classifications, including but not limited to:
• Affiliate Membership
• Club Membership
• Studio Membership
• Professional Membership
Additional membership classifications may be created, modified, consolidated, or discontinued as organizational needs evolve.
AFFILIATE MEMBERSHIP
Affiliate Membership is available without charge and is intended to support participation in Flortyme programs, services, events, and community activities.
Affiliate Members may receive:
• Community communications
• Program and event announcements
• Registration opportunities
• Access to eligible activities and services
• Participation in community initiatives
Affiliate Membership does not include priority booking privileges, membership discounts, or benefits reserved for paid membership classifications unless otherwise specified.
CLUB MEMBERSHIP
Club Membership is intended for participants seeking ongoing involvement in Flortyme activities and services.
Benefits may include:
• All Affiliate Membership benefits
• Member pricing where applicable
• Access to Club Member programs and activities
• Floor practice space reservations up to 14 days in advance
• Additional benefits as established by Flortyme
STUDIO MEMBERSHIP
Studio Membership is intended for participants seeking increased access to practice, programming, and organizational services.
Benefits may include:
• All Club Membership benefits
• Enhanced member pricing where applicable
• Floor practice space reservations up to 30 days in advance
• Access to designated Studio Member opportunities
• Additional benefits as established by Flortyme
PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP
Professional Membership is intended for instructors, professionals, organizers, partners, and participants requiring extended planning horizons and enhanced access opportunities.
Benefits may include:
• All Studio Membership benefits
• Floor practice space reservations up to 60 days in advance
• Access to designated Professional Member opportunities
• Professional partnership opportunities where applicable
• Additional benefits as established by Flortyme
BOOKING PRIVILEGES
Membership classifications may receive differing reservation windows, access opportunities, pricing structures, and participation benefits.
Priority booking privileges provide earlier access to available opportunities only.
Priority booking privileges do not create any right to displace, override, diminish, cancel, reduce, refund, or otherwise interfere with existing commitments, reservations, Shared Floor Time, events, programs, or participation opportunities.
All booking privileges remain subject to the Flortyme Community Commitment Principle.
MEMBER DISCOUNTS
Certain membership classifications may receive discounts on eligible programs, services, floor rentals, workshops, events, Social Night tickets, or other offerings.
Discount amounts, eligibility requirements, and applicable restrictions shall be established and communicated by Flortyme from time to time.
Discounts have no cash value and may not be transferred, exchanged, combined, or redeemed except as expressly authorized.
MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES
Members are expected to:
• Comply with applicable policies and participation requirements
• Provide accurate registration information
• Conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly
• Support a welcoming and inclusive environment
• Respect facilities, equipment, venues, staff, volunteers, and fellow participants
MEMBERSHIP STATUS
Membership benefits apply only while membership remains active and in good standing.
Flortyme reserves the right to suspend, restrict, deny, or terminate membership privileges where necessary to protect participants, facilities, organizational interests, community standards, or operational requirements.
NO GUARANTEE OF SERVICES
Membership provides eligibility for benefits and participation opportunities but does not guarantee access to specific programs, events, facilities, reservations, instructors, venues, or services.
Participation remains subject to availability, capacity limits, scheduling requirements, operational considerations, and applicable policies.
ORGANIZATIONAL RIGHTS
Flortyme reserves the right to establish, modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue membership classifications, benefits, pricing, privileges, eligibility requirements, and participation opportunities as necessary to support organizational objectives.
Any such changes shall be implemented in a manner consistent with the Foundational Operating Principles.
INTERPRETATION
Where uncertainty exists regarding the interpretation of this policy, the Flortyme Foundational Operating Principles shall govern.
A commitment made is a commitment honored.
