Flortyme Membership-Based Studio Access Rules

Studio Access Principle

All studio floor use at Flortyme is governed by active membership and confirmed booking requirements. Shared floor access is reserved exclusively for registered members (L1–L4).
Private rental access is reserved for booked members and may include approved guests. All use of the studio must be scheduled in advance through the studio booking system.

Membership Requirement

Shared Studio Floor access is available only to active L1, L2, L3, or L4 members. Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member. Each booking is tied to an individual account and confirmed reservation.

Booking Requirement

All studio floor use must be booked through the official Flortyme scheduling system. Access is only permitted during confirmed booking times. All sessions are subject to availability, occupancy limits, and studio safety requirements. Flortyme reserves the right to adjust or restrict bookings where operational or safety needs require it.

Shared Studio Floor Access (Members Only)

Shared Studio Floor sessions are designed for individual member use within the studio community. • Only active members may attend shared floor bookings
• Guests and non-members are not permitted
• Each participant must hold a valid membership and booking Shared floor use is always subject to occupancy limits and studio guidelines.

Private Studio Floor Rentals

Private Studio Floor Rentals provide exclusive use of the space during the reserved time. • Members may invite guests during private rentals
• Guests do not require membership
• The booking member is responsible for all guests
• All guests must comply with studio rules, waivers, and safety policies Occupancy limits apply to all private rentals and must not be exceeded under any circumstances.

Safety & Studio Standards

Flortyme maintains a shared responsibility environment focused on safety, respect, and flow of movement. The studio may limit, modify, or deny access where necessary to maintain: Safety standards Occupancy compliance Operational flow Respectful studio use All members and guests are expected to contribute to a calm, respectful, and safe environment.

Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: June 2026 By using Flortyme services, including memberships, bookings, events, or website access, you agree to the following terms.

Participation

All participation in dance, movement, workshops, or events is voluntary.
Each individual is responsible for ensuring they are physically able to participate safely.

Memberships & Access

Memberships (L1–L4), passes, and bookings are: Non-transferable For registered users only Subject to availability and studio approval Flortyme may update membership structure, pricing, schedules, or benefits at any time.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through third-party providers (including Stripe). By completing payment, you authorize applicable charges in CAD unless stated otherwise.

Cancellations & Refunds

All memberships, passes, workshops, and bookings are generally non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise. If you cannot attend, Flortyme may offer credits, transfers, or rescheduling at its discretion. If Flortyme cancels a session or event, a credit, refund, or reschedule option may be offered. Studio Conduct

All members and guests agree to: Respect others and the space Follow studio rules and instructions Avoid unsafe or disruptive behaviour Care for equipment and facilities Flortyme may refuse or remove access if conduct affects safety or studio experience.

Assumption of Risk

Dance and movement activities carry inherent risk, including injury. By participating, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for these risks.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flortyme is not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to participation, website use, or services.

Website Use

All content on Flortyme platforms (text, branding, images, and materials) is owned by Flortyme unless stated otherwise. Content may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

Privacy

Your use of Flortyme services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

Flortyme may update these terms at any time.
Updates become effective once published on the website.
