These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the Flortyme Foundational Operating Principles.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing the Flortyme website, registering for a membership, purchasing a ticket, reserving floor space, participating in an event, attending a program, utilizing a service, making a booking, or otherwise engaging with Flortyme, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable organizational policies.

ORGANIZATIONAL PURPOSE

Flortyme provides programs, services, memberships, floor practice opportunities, social events, workshops, community activities, educational experiences, venue partnerships, and related offerings intended to support dance, movement, learning, social connection, and community participation.

Nothing contained within these Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted as creating any obligation to provide a specific service, event, facility, instructor, venue, activity, or participation opportunity.

POLICY FRAMEWORK

Participation in Flortyme activities is subject to all applicable organizational policies, including but not limited to:

• Foundational Operating Principles

• Membership Policy

• Floor Practice Space Policy

• Community Standards

• Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Social Night Policies & Participation Terms

• Privacy Policy

• Any event-specific requirements, venue rules, registration conditions, or participation guidelines

Where a conflict exists, the Foundational Operating Principles shall govern.

REGISTRATION & PARTICIPATION

Participants agree to provide accurate and complete registration information.

Flortyme reserves the right to refuse, restrict, suspend, revoke, or terminate participation, registrations, reservations, memberships, or access privileges where necessary to support organizational objectives, safety, legal obligations, operational requirements, or community standards.

MEMBERSHIPS

Membership classifications, benefits, privileges, fees, participation opportunities, and eligibility requirements may be established, modified, suspended, or discontinued by Flortyme.

Membership does not create ownership rights, governance authority, employment status, partnership rights, agency authority, or any entitlement beyond the benefits expressly provided.

RESERVATIONS & BOOKINGS

Reservations, bookings, registrations, floor practice opportunities, events, programs, and participation opportunities are subject to availability and applicable policies.

Confirmation of a reservation or registration does not guarantee future availability of similar opportunities.

All reservations remain subject to organizational scheduling requirements, venue requirements, operational needs, and the Community Commitment Principle.

PAYMENTS

Participants agree to pay all applicable fees associated with memberships, events, registrations, rentals, reservations, workshops, programs, or services.

Payments may be processed through approved third-party payment providers.

Flortyme does not store full payment card information unless expressly required and authorized through approved systems.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Refunds, cancellations, credits, and participation changes shall be governed by the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy and any event-specific requirements.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Website content, organizational materials, branding, graphics, logos, documents, publications, promotional materials, and related content remain the property of Flortyme or their respective owners unless otherwise indicated.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or used without authorization except where permitted by law.

PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA

Participants acknowledge that photographs, videos, livestreams, recordings, and other media may be captured during activities, events, programs, workshops, and community gatherings.

Such media may be used for promotional, educational, archival, reporting, marketing, community engagement, and organizational purposes without additional notice or compensation.

Participants acknowledge that incidental appearance in photographs, videos, recordings, livestreams, or other media may occur.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Participation in Flortyme activities is voluntary.

Participants acknowledge and accept the ordinary risks associated with public gatherings, dance activities, workshops, floor practice sessions, transportation, venue use, social activities, and community participation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Flortyme, its directors, officers, volunteers, contractors, instructors, partners, venue providers, sponsors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for loss, theft, property damage, personal injury, illness, inconvenience, delay, interruption, or other incidents arising from participation in organizational activities.

Participants remain responsible for their own conduct, safety, transportation, and personal property.

INDEMNIFICATION

Participants agree to be responsible for loss, damage, costs, claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from their own actions, misconduct, negligence, violation of policies, or failure to comply with applicable laws or venue requirements.

ORGANIZATIONAL RIGHTS

Flortyme reserves the right to:

• Modify programs, services, events, schedules, activities, venues, policies, procedures, pricing, participation requirements, and membership structures.

• Refuse participation.

• Remove participants.

• Restrict access.

• Suspend privileges.

• Cancel activities where necessary.

Such actions shall be undertaken in a manner consistent with the Foundational Operating Principles.

PRIVACY

Collection, use, storage, disclosure, and protection of personal information shall be governed by the Flortyme Privacy Policy.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be invalid, unenforceable, or unlawful, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada.

INTERPRETATION

Where uncertainty exists regarding the interpretation of these Terms & Conditions, the Flortyme Foundational Operating Principles shall govern.

A commitment made is a commitment honored.
